Rasmus has extensive international and Nordic experience from leading large and complex financings. His work reaches across a broad spectrum of finance   with a particular focus on Debt Capital Markets, Direct & Bank Lending and Restructuring. Rasmus represents lenders, borrowers, agents, trustees and other participants in the debt market.

• Advised The Swedish Export Credit Corporation, Deka Bank and KfW IPEX on a EUR 300 million sustainable project debt financing of a wind farm.
• Advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co on junior green loan facility.
• Advised Nasdaq Stockholm large cap listed real estate company Fabege on its SEK 18 bn green financing framework, including public and bank facilities.
• Advised a Nasdaq Stockholm listed corporation on a debt to preferred equity restructuring of its public debt, including SEK 1 bn senior secured bonds and convertible bonds.
• Advised a private debt fund in a SEK 600 million junior warehouse consumer credit financing.
