Biography
Johan works mainly in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice area. Johan regularly advises both Swedish and international clients on regulatory matters such as license applications, cross-border matters and general compliance issues, with a particular focus on clients in the fintech sector. Further, Johan has experience from advising clients in connection to loan transactions, project finance and bond issues.
Within Hammarskiöld’s Energy and Infrastructure group, Johan regularly advises clients on regulatory matters, project finance and acquisitions in the renewable energy sector.
Johan also has experience from advising clients on general corporate and competition law matters.
