Ran Hai

Ran has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint venture transactions. He represents private equity and venture capital funds in their portfolio investments and acquisitions. Ran previously worked in the corporate department at the London offices of Freshfields, Bruckhaus, Deringer, where his practice focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

• Acting for Superbet in its €1.3 billion (approx. USD 1.46 billion) refinancing from Blackstone and HPS Investment Partners (HPS).
• Software AG in the sale of its enterprise integration platforms to IBM for €2.13 billion (approx. USD 2.4 billion).
• Acting for Israel Corporation Ltd. in its USD 116 million investment in Prodalim.
• Acting for NeoGames (NASDAQ:NGMS) in its acquisition by Aristocrat (ASX:ALL) for a total transaction value of approximately USD 1.2 billion.
• Acting for Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) in its contested bid for control over Stratasys (NASDAQ:SSYS) and Oddity Tech Ltd. (parent company of Il Makiage and Spoiled Child) in  its recent follow-on offerings on Nasdaq.
