With over 22 years of experience, Mr. Nacht leads a diverse and extensive practice which includes handling complex cross-border mergers and acquisition; venture capital and private equity investments and other financings; initial public offerings and follow-on public offerings in the U.S. and Israel, proxy contests regarding Israeli public companies traded in the U.S., and business collaborations in the online gambling, social gaming, forex and contracts-for-difference (CFD) trading space.
