Oludare is a partner in the corporate and commercial, PPP, banking and corporate finance practice and heads the firm’s power team he also advises on matters such as privatization, local and foreign currency syndicated lending, leases transaction/structured project finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured trade finance, compliance, foreign investment advisory services, real estate and the regulatory framework relating to utilities.

• Advised on the construction of a 5,000 barrel per day (bpd) modular refinery in southern Nigeria.
• Advised a consortium of lenders in connection with the US$170,000,000.00 medium term financing of the rehabilitation and revamping of a fertilizer plant in Nigeria.
• Advised a syndicate of lenders in connection with the provision of a US$2,000,000.00 Senior Secured Medium Term Acquisition Facility to Aiteo Eastern E&P Company Limited for the acquisition of OML 29 and Nembe Creek Trunkline.
• Advised BNP Paribas, S.A. on the US$22,000,000.00 Term Loan Facility to Dangote Oil & Gas Company Limited and Dangote Industries Limited.
• Advised Standard Bank Plc, London on the US$10,000,000.00 Term Loan Facility to Amni International Petroleum.
