Niv advises clients on a range of issues related to all aspects of their day-to-day business, corporate reporting and compliance issues. Niv has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment and joint venture transactions.

Niv also has extensive experience representing public companies, whose shares are publicly traded in Israel and abroad, with respect to regulatory matters, corporate governance, and other matters. Niv served in the Military Advocate General of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), as a legal counsel for the Israeli Air Force.

• TPG and additional shareholders of Infinidat Ltd in the sale of their shares to Lenovo in a total amount (for all shareholders) of approx. USD 385 million.
• Menora Mivtachim Holdings in a transaction for the purchase of the controlling stake in Isracard Ltd. based on a pre-money company valuation of NIS 3.15 billion, subject to certain conditions.
• Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in its acquisition of all remaining Taro Pharmaceutical Industries shares that it did not already own (~21.5%) in an offer that amounts to about $347.8 million.
• Poalim Equity, Bank HaPoalim's leading investment platform, in its acquisition of 20% in each of the companies in the Leader Group.
• Psagot Equity, Carmel Credit and Sigma-Clarity in the acquisition of 100% of Psagot Securities and the "Psagot" brand in transaction which resulted in establishing one of the largest investment houses in Israel.
