- Advised and represented Nissan on the sale of its majority stake to Indomobil.
- Advised General Motors (GM) on the disposal of its substantial assets in Indonesia.
- Acted as Indonesian counsel to General Electric in connection with the global sale of GE Transportation to Wabtec in a deal worth more than $2 billion globally.
- Advised Lone Star in the sale of the Altadia Group to US global investment firm Carlyle.
- Represented major creditors in the sophisticated and complicated insolvency proceedings (PKPU) of the country’s airline company.
