- Acted as Indonesian counsel for London-based media company Moonbug Entertainment in the acquisition of Singapore-based media company and production studio One Animation. Moonbug Entertainment is a subsidiary of Candle Media, a media entity backed by private equity firm Blackstone, and One Animation is behind the children’s animated shows Oddbods, Antiks, Insectibles and Rob the Robot, among others.
- Represented Samanea Group in the development of the integrated One-Stop O20 Regional Wholesale Trade City, consisting of the first and most comprehensive wholesale center in Indonesia and warehousing, hotel, shopping center, small office/home office, apartment and office spaces.
- Assisted luxury boutique hotel brand Ovolo Group with the acquisition of a resort hotel in Bali, the group’s first property outside of Hong Kong and Australia.
