Biography
Mr. Qin joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2013 and was elected as a partner by the partners’ meeting of our firm in 2014.
Mr. Qin specializes in asset management business, including trust, asset management plans, PE funds, real estate funds, and other funds with the structure of limited partnership; asset securitization; securities issuance and capital markets.
