Louise is a Consultant in our Banking & Finance Department specialising in financial regulation. Louise has extensive knowledge and experience in debt finance and financial regulation. Louise has been advising clients in relation to all aspects of financial regulation including in relation to the acquisition and disposal of qualifying holdings, obtaining regulatory authorisations as a payment/electronic money institution, compliance with conduct of business requirements and general regulatory compliance. She is experienced in advising on compliance with Irish, EU and international laws, regulations, directives, acts, applicable codes in relation to policies, procedures and controls and the provision of suggested amendments to ensure compliance with Irish law.
