Lisa is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets department at Matheson. Lisa advises corporates, private equity sponsors, asset managers, financial institutions and lenders on a wide range of international and domestic finance transactions, including fund finance, acquisition finance, corporate and investment grade finance and property finance (development and investment).

  • Advising asset managers on a number of subscription facilities;
  • Steris PLC in respect of its corporate facilities;
  • Ulster Bank on its exit from the Irish market and certain of its loan sale books;
  • A private equity company in respect of its subscription facility for its first Irish investment limited partnership;
  • Lenders in respect of a loan on loan financing involving Irish SPVs;
  • A pharmaceutical group in respect of its €320m refinancing;
  • Dunelm Group PLC on the financing aspects of its acquisition of Home Focus at Hickeys;
  • Queensgate Investments on its $750m global refinancing of Generator Hostels (one of the largest real estate financings in 2023);
  • Icon PLC in respect of an investment grade bond refinancing;
  • Dalata PLC in respect of its corporate facilities;
  • A property developer in respect of a PRS forward sale development;
