Lei Wang

Mr. Wang is a partner, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Wang's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, fund formation and fund investment.

Mr. Wang joined Haiwen in June 2002. Mr. Wang worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in its New York and Beijing offices from September 2007 to February 2010 and re-joined Haiwen in March 2010.
