Biography
Lam was a former policy researcher and law-maker in a ministerial agency of the Government of Vietnam. Lam’s work ethic and preciseness are vastly appreciated by clients in the Energy & Infrastructure practice as well as in other fields of his practice. - Advised foreign investors in a number of M&A and real estate projects such as the transfer of equity capital in Nghi Son 2 BOT Power Project to a Japanese investor; the transfer of equity interest of an US investor in a BOT Power Project in Vietnam; the acquisition of majority shares in Holcim Cement Vietnam by SCCC; the 100% shares acquisition in 2 groups of cement companies and Prime Group by SCG; the acquisition and development of CapitaLand’s office projects in Hanoi; and Sumitomo Corporation’ smart city and other projects in Hanoi
- Advised foreign investors in relation to their investment in renewable energy projects in Vietnam such as Scatec Solar, Super Energy, Vientos, IMPSA, etc.
