VILAF's diversity programmes

Staff lawyers are permitted to apply flexible work time schedule and flexible remote/office work schedule to enhance work life integration.  While the system is created for all staff lawyers, the focus beneficiaries of this system are female lawyers and the system has substantially increased the likelihood of female lawyers remaining long in the career.

The firm’s team arrangement and personal coaching and mentoring system has also proved greatly helpful to lawyers, mainly female lawyers, to overcome difficult periods to achieve balance between work and personal life duties and balance between work joy and work pressure.
