Kristoffer Lund Poulsen specialises in banking and finance law and financial regulation. Kristoffer provides advice to Danish and international lenders and borrowers on financing including in particular acquisition financing, corporate finance, bond issues as well as project-based and asset-based financing in a number of sectors.
Kristoffer has extensive and specialised experience in finance law. Kristoffer has acquired considerable experience in debt capital markets transactions where he advises issuers and organisers in connection with the issue of investment grade and high-yield bonds and the issue of hybrid and supplementary capital by financial services companies.
Moreover, Kristoffer has special experience in securitisation transactions and the recovery and resolution of financial services companies under the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) where Kristoffer advised Finansiel Stabilitet in connection with the acquisition and resolution of ailing banks.
Kristoffer also provides advice to operators in the financial sector on various regulatory matters, including in particular payment services, money laundering regulation and asset management (AIF).
