Kevin is a partner in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. He is a past Chairman of Irish Funds and he is a member of An Taoiseach’s (the Prime Minister’s) Funds Group.

• Advised Janus Capital Group and Henderson Group plc merger. (Lead Partner on Irish law aspects of transaction.);
• Establishment of Permal Multi-Manager ICAV.  This ICAV has a number of innovative features approved by the Central Bank. (Lead Partner);
• Establishment of ICAV for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. (Lead Partner);
• Advised on the Irish aspects of the merger of Martin Currie Luxembourg funds into Ireland with an overall value in excess of EUR1.5 billion. (Lead Partner);
• Advised on establishment of Bartra Capital Property ICAV which was the first regulated fund established in Ireland to invest in social housing.  The establishment of this fund involved consultation with the Irish Government. (Lead Partner).
