Kehinde is a versatile commercial lawyer, who has advised leading Nigerian and international clients on several complex and landmark transactions. In addition to his formal education, Kehinde has undergone numerous management and professional training, including (1)School for International Financial Law,” (St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University; (2)The Core Course on International Oil and Gas Law,” (Cape Town, South Africa),  organized by the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation; (3)Project Finance: Key Legal, Structural and Risk Issues,” (Lagos); (4)Business Development for Law Firms,” (Lagos),  organized by the Law Society of England and Wales in association with the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association; (5)International Upstream and Downstream Gas Business Management Certificate Program,” (Boston, USA),  organized by International Human Resources Development Corporation; and several others.

  • ENI International B.V and ENI Holdings B.V divestment of 100% shareholding interests in Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited and 20% participating interests in OMLs 60,61,62 and 63 to the Oando Group.

  • Amaranta Funding Limited financial and technical services arrangement in relation to petroleum operations within OML 42.

  • NNPC Limited structured financing and rehabilitation of Port Harcourt, Warri and Kaduna refineries.

  • NNPC Limited and NNPC Pipeline & Storage Company Limited rehabilitation and upgrade of pipelines network (for crude oil and petroleum products supply), distribution and storage facilities, jetties and other infrastructure.
