• Advised HealthPlus Limited in connection with a restructuring of its business and a US$18,000,000 investment by Alta Semper LLP, an international private equity firm. 
• Advising AppZone Limited in connection with its capital raise of up to US$3,000,000 to finance ongoing technology and product development 
• We advised Synergy Private Equity Fund II LP in relation to an investment of up to US$15,000,000 in First Aluminium Nigeria Plc (FAN) by way of an acquisition of 47% of the issued share capital of FAN for an amount up to US$9,500,000; and a redeemable convertible note issuance by FAN of up to $5,500,000.
