- Advised Norfund in the acquisition of 60% equity interest in Agua Fria 50Mw photovoltaic power plant in Nacaome, Valle, Honduras.
- Advised Globaleq Mesoamerica Energy in the aquisiton of three photovoltaic power plants owned by SunEdison Inc in Honduras.
- Advised Smartmatic International Holding B.V. in fundamental matters such as Trusts, corporate structure, execution and recollection of all necessary legal requirements in order to properly operate the allocated contract.
