Ms. Mu joined Haiwen in 2000. Ms. Mu's practice focuses on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and foreign direct investment.
Recent Matter / Case Highlights
- Advised the underwriter on the H-share IPO and listing of Topsports (6110.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Advised Guotai Junan Securities on its H-share IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as its A-share IPO and listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
- Advised a USD fund and its affiliates on various offshore and onshore equity investments and joint venture transactions with an aggregate investment amount of approximately USD 1 billion.
- Advised Hillhouse on its investments in XCMG Information and Hualan Biological Vaccines.
- Advised Guotai Junan Securities on its acquisition of Shanghai Securities Co., Ltd.
