Jason Hollis

Jason is a Partner in William Fry's Banking & Financial Services Department. He acts for financial institutions, alternative lenders and borrowers on a wide range of strategic transaction and advisory mandates.  Jason advises on senior and mezzanine debt structures, venture debt and technology finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance. He also assists financial institutions with precedent debt financing documentation, capital requirements including large exposures and connected client analysis, product life cycles and access to financial market infrastructure.

• the lending clubs on facilities provided to a number of global corporates headquartered in Ireland including the Actavo, ATA, ICG and Mergon groups;
• technology-focused lenders including Silicon Valley Bank, Kreos Capital, WestRiver and Columbia Lake Partners on working capital, venture debt, senior, mezzanine, royalty, borrowing base and acquisition facilities to over 40 technology companies;
• a number of financial institutions on their access to financial market infrastructure including the TARGET2, Euro1, STEP1 and SEPA payment systems, central counterparties, securities settlement systems, custodians and correspondent banks; and
• account banks and corporates on the entry into physical and notional cash pooling and other treasury management arrangements.
