Biography
A seasoned international PE/VC and investment funds/asset management attorney, James has been active in this field for about 18 years and is among the few most senior Chinese investment funds/investment management attorneys in China. James represents a large number of international and PRC PE/VC funds, hedge funds, financial institutions in the design and implementation of various offshore and onshore fund and asset management products and is also active in PE/VC transactions, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets fields.
