• Danfoss A/S - EUR 250 million finance contract with EIB;
• Marlin - acquisition financing in respect of Bluegarden;
• DONG Energy - issues (and partial buy-backs) of additional tier 1 capital in a total amount of EUR 2.3 billion – so far the only issues of hybrid corporate bonds in Scandinavia;
• EQT - financing of the private equity fund's acquisition of Færch Holding A/S;
• Brødrene Hartmann - loan financing of the company's acquisition of a Brazilian subsidiary provided by Danske Bank and SEB;
• Danfoss - negotiations with Danske Bank for a DKK 2 billion credit facility;
• DONG Energy - bond issues and annual update of the company's EUR 7 billion EMTN programme;
• ECCO - establishment of a DKK 550 million revolving credit facility with Nordea Bank Danmark.
