Isaiah has broad experience in real estate including structuring mixed-use developments, multiple dwelling units, land use planning, joint ventures and project finance. Isaiah has advised various clients on various banking and finance transactions including syndicated finance, corporate finance and debt restructuring.
Recent transactional highlights
- Advised Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited in a corporate finance deal in regard to a leading mining company in the United Republic of Tanzania in the sum of USD 8.7 million.
- Advised KCB Bank Kenya Limited on a syndicated corporate finance deal in respect to a leading grain miller in the country in the sum of USD 81.8 Million.
- Advised DIB Bank Kenya Limited, a subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank and a fully shariah compliant bank, in a Ijara Sale and Lease Back facility for KES 245M.
- Advised Yehu Microfinance Services Limited in the acquisition of microfinance business from Yehu Microfinance Trust.
- Advised Sunset Paradise Apartments Limited on a project development involving mixed use development.
