Mr. Ma graduated from Peking University and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law. He was qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2006.
Mr. Ma worked in the Legal Department of Air China from 2007 to 2009. He joined in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2009 and became a partner since 2016.
Mr. Ma specializes in initial public offerings, M&A and restructuring projects of listed companies, refinancing of listed companies, ESOP and equity incentive plan, PE, bond issuance and other securities and capital markets areas, covering medical and pharmaceutical, environmental, TMT, new energy, real estate and other industries.
