Homa Rahbar Pakdel specialises in bankruptcy and insolvency law.
Homa is greatly experienced in all aspects of insolvency law. In particular, she specializes in managing bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings for companies of all sizes across various industries. Her extensive experience includes carrying out sales processes and business transfers of distressed companies.
Homa advises widely on all aspects of insolvency law, including in the banking and finance sector where her focus is on the interaction with insolvency law. Financial creditors particularly appreciate her advice on current and potential distressed loan and working relationship issues and her assistance in bankruptcy proceedings where she routinely represents secured creditors. Additionally, with her expert advice she guides distressed companies through insolvency processes. Homa focuses on combining legal, practical and commercial aspects to offer solution-oriented and valuable advice to her clients.
In addition to insolvency law, Homa is engaged in litigation and general commercial law and has experience in corporate criminal law and corporate compliance, including in relation to anti-money laundering, internal investigations and regulatory oversight.
Besides her legal practice, Homa also serves as Kromann Reumert's knowledge ambassador in the field of insolvency and restructuring. As knowledge ambassador, she is responsible for strengthening internal and external knowledge sharing, making work flows more efficient, and streamlining insolvency proceedings.
