• Advised Nykredit A/S in connection with Lån & Spar Bank A/S' DKK 350 million rights issue
• Advised the global seeds group DLF Seeds A/S in connection with its NZD 421 million acquisition of the New Zealand company PGG Wrightson Seeds Holdings Limited (seeds and grain business) from NXZ-listed PGG Wrightson.
• Advised Miracle 42 in the sale of its managed services and hosting activities to IT Relation Holding A/S
• Advised RM Rich. Müller A/S in connection with its acquisition of the German comany Mevaco GmbH, a leading supplier of expanded metals and perforated sheets.
• Advised CAH Holding A/S in its sale of iconic hotel Copenhagen Admiral Hotel to Midstar Hotels AB.
