Helena Vaz Pinto joined VdA in 1992. Partner of the M&A practice, Helena regularly leads numerous M&A and financial transactions, including company restructurings, privatisations, capital markets and venture capital transactions, provides legal support to both domestic and international companies, notably banks and other financial entities.

She regularly provides legal advice to clients in matters related to the Insurance and Distribution industries.
