Folashade is a Partner in the firm’s Oil & Gas practice group. She routinely advises a wide range of clients across the entire value chain of the oil & gas sector. She specializes on financings and mergers & acquisitions in the sector. 

• Advised Seplat Energy Plc in the US$190 million and NGN 27 billion financing of the construction and development of the Assa North-Ohaji South Gas Processing Plant.
• Advised a syndicate of local and international lenders on the refinancing of the US$382 million facility granted to Accugas Limited
• Advised Seplat Energy Plc in its £382 million acquisition of the entire share capital of Eland Oil & Gas Plc.
• Advised Conoil Limited in its acquisition of OMLs 86 & 88 and the US$450 million financing for the acquisition of the OMLs.
• Advised Rain Oil Limited in the acquisition of the majority shares of Eterna Plc.
