• Advising numerous US listed companies, including Seagate, Alkermes, Cooper Industries, Pentair and Avadel, on their corporate migrations to Ireland 
• Advising Zoetis, Inc. on its takeover of Nexvet Pharmaceuticals plc 
• Advising Summit Partners on its majority recapitalisation of Trintech
