He is known for delivering strategic, commercially minded legal solutions across complex regulatory and transactional landscapes.
His experience in capital markets includes advising on high-profile equity and debt offerings—ranging from initial public offerings and rights issues to bond issuances and private placements. Christofer regularly works alongside issuers, underwriters, and regulators, offering end-to-end support to ensure regulatory compliance and successful transaction execution.
In addition to his capital markets work, Christofer plays a key role in major State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) mandates, particularly in projects involving the formation of holding companies, corporate restructuring, and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) standards. His holistic understanding of the public and private sector landscape enables him to guide clients through intricate legal and strategic challenges with clarity and precision.
