He has represented major clients in various high-profile power and infrastructure deals and has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing major projects documents including power purchase agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts and fuel supply contracts.
Liyanto is also an experienced transactional lawyer and is well versed in drafting and preparing other sophisticated contracts including shareholders agreements, cooperation agreements, shares purchase agreements, loan agreements and security documents. Liyanto is also specialised in real estate and employment.
In the field of litigation, he has represented clients in dispute resolutions. His expertise in corporate field is an advantage for defending and securing his clients interest in disputes resolutions
