Cedric Kinschots Joined the firm in 2012. He has worked extensively advising public and private clients, as well as leading local and international financial institutions, in the financing of key energy and infrastructure projects. His recent experience includes transactions in the airport, transportation, ports and electricity generation sectors.
Mr. Kinschots has also acted on capital markets and securitization transactions, recently advising international underwriters in connection with the Republic of Panama’s public offerings.
Previously, Mr. Kinschots worked as an attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York focusing his practice on M&A and corporate finance; and for Allen & Overy LLP in Belgium as a support lawyer focusing his practice on banking and finance.
