Arthur Chang has ten years of experience in M&A, banking and capital market practice in Asia Pacific, and significant experience in Renewables projects, Fintech projects, Financing projects in Taiwan. His areas of expertise include China investment, foreign investment, capital markets, M&A, renewable power projects, energy law, banking and derivatives, TMT, fintech and entertainment law. 

• Representation Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec and Cathay PE in the acquisition of 50% Greater Changhua Offshore Windfarm SE (One of a kind 50/50 joint venture structure and holdco financing in Taiwan).
• Representation of Summiview (武岳峰資本) in its merger with ISSI (矽成半導體).
• Advise IKKA Holdings (Cayman) Limited to list on Taiwan Stock Exchange (First IPO in Taiwan of a manufacturer with main operation in Japan).
• Representation of Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology (a Shenzhen listed company) in its tender offer of Viking Tech. (First tender offer deal of a Taiwan listed company by a PRC investor.)
