Andrew McIntyre

Andrew is a Corporate Partner specialising in cross border transactional mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the technology sector, and Head of William Fry's Foreign Direct Investment Group. He has extensive experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate/tax restructurings, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital.  Andrew acts for a wide range of Irish and international corporations and venture capital firms.

• MML Growth Capital Partners on the management buyout of H&MV Engineering (a specialist in high voltage electrical contracting and consulting) and separately on the buyout by Prim-Ed Publishing of RIC Publications (a global provider of educational resources and teaching aids)
