• Represented L’Oréal in connection with the acquisition of ColoRight, an Israeli developer of hair colouring technology, for €82 million;
• Advised Sanpower Group of China in connection with Natali Healthcare Solutions for over US$100 million, both the M&A and the financing aspects of the transaction;
• Represented BNP Paribas, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Sumitomo Mitsui, and other international financial institutions in connection with multibillion dollar financings in favour of the Teva Pharmaceuticals Group;
• Represented ING, TDB, and other international banks and financial lessors in connection with the renewal of the aircraft fleet of El Al Israel Airlines;
• Advising leading global financial institutions in connection with development of Israel’s offshore natural gas discoveries (hundreds of millions of US$).
