Aiden is a partner in the Finance Group.  He specialises in credit products, debt capital markets, structured finance and derivatives and works closely with the financial regulatory and investment funds teams.  His practice also encompasses market infrastructure, netting and collateral analysis.  Aiden’s clients include asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms and institutional investors. 

Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Aiden worked for a number of years in London with Allen & Overy, UBS and Morgan Stanley.

• Advising on the establishment of CLOs and/or CLO originator/retention structures for, amongst others, Blackstone/GSO, CIFC, CVC, KKR, MAN GLG, Napier Park, Partners Group and Sound Point
• Advising KKR on the establishment of various European direct lending and investment strategies
• Advising Morgan Stanley on various RMBS and CMBS transactions
• Advising Starwood Capital on irish real estate development lending projects 
• Advising Lone Star on all of its Irish RMBS transactions
