Adrian has close to 20 years of experience in the legal industry and has led many headlining transactions and industry firsts in energy and utility, oil & gas, petrochemicals, rail, healthcare, education, FMCG, and led on complex cross border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. He has served many of his clientele, including international or large local corporates for more than 10 years.

• Advised QL and Maxincome Resources Sdn Bhd (the master franchisee) in the franchise arrangement with Japan’s FamilyMart Co., Ltd to bring the world’s second largest convenience-store chain into Malaysia;
• Advised on the M+S joint venture for development of iconic developments in Singapore and Iskandar Malaysia (SE Asia M&A Deal of the Year);
• Advised the project developer on the establishment and development of LEGOLAND Malaysia, Malaysia’s first themed attraction of international acclaim;
• Advised on the sale of a significant stake in Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (master developer of Medini township in Iskandar Malaysia) to Mitsui & Co., Ltd;
• Advising the project developer on the establishment of Marlborough College Malaysia.
