In banking and finance, the firm assisted Logistea in connection with the refinancing to the USD 150 million senior secured bond issued by Logistea Properties AS. Logistea’s shares are listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange (Midcap).  

During the research cycle, the firm advised Svenska Handelsbanken, Carnegie, and ABG Sundal Collier as joint global coordinators and bookrunners for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Intea  Fastigheter AB. The firm was responsible with assisting the banks with all legal aspects of the transaction, from early strategic planning to finalising the final agreements.
