The projects team is consistently at the forefront of pioneering deals, notably advising the Government of Thailand's Office of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EECO) on the public-private partnership for the high-speed rail link connecting Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi, and U-Tapao airports. This is the biggest PPP project in Thailand and the first concession granted on a high-speed train project. This transaction is particularly challenging as it is the first renegotiation PPP agreement under the EEC Act.
