This groundbreaking transaction marked the first and only asset management company structured under the Bank of Thailand’s new regulation permitting joint investments between specialised financial institutions and asset management companies.  

Another standout mandate saw the firm advising Boonthavorn Retail Corporation in connection with its IPO and the listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The team adeptly managed the dual challenge of ensuring full compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and SET regulations while structuring a public offering that reflected the company's unique business model and strategic goals.
