Vinge was established in 1983 following the merger of four local law firms. The firm is led by Louise Brorsson Salomon, who serves as both Managing Partner of the Stockholm office and Chief Executive Officer. She is supported by Anna Edström and Anna Palmérus, the Managing Partners of the Malmö and Gothenburg offices, respectively. The firm advises on a wide range of transactions and attains a top-tier standing across numerous ranked practice areas.
