Highlights

The corporate team, led by Emile Boulos acted as lead legal counsel for Emirates Driving Company in its acquisition of a minority stake in Mwasalat Holding (Target), by way of secondary transfer from One Transport Holding SP-LLC.

The firm advised on the sale of 100% shareholding in deNovo Corporate Advisors to PJT Partners. This was the first ever sale of a regional investment bank to a NYSE-listed global investment bank.
