A notable recent highlight of the firms work includes its role in advising NYAB Plc on its re domiciliation through a cross border conversion from Finland to Sweden. The firm provided counsel on legal aspects related to the cross border conversion, re - domiciliation, and the listing transfer.  

Another notable highlight includes the firm assisting Roc Oil Company Pty Limited on its recommended public cash tender offer for all shares in Swedish oil company Tethys Oil AB. The offer valued Tethys Oil at SEK 1.894 billion. The firm played a crucial role as legal advisor to Roc Oil, coordinating with other international counsel across various jurisdictions.
