Highlights

A key area of expertise for the firm is its corporate mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice. In the Capital Markets, the firm advised issuers on listings and offerings in Hong Kong and the US, including participating in the J&T Express IPO and advising NIO Inc. on convertible senior notes totaling $1 billion. The firm also regularly represents sellers, targets and financial investors in inbound and outbound cross-border M&A and PE activities. A recent highlight included advising Blackrock on its $12.5 billion acquisition of Global Infrastructure Partners.

Additionally, the firm's Hong Kong team provides legal advice on project energy, infrastructure and project finance, real estate, restructuring and insolvency, structured finance, and regulatory matters.
