In the banking and debt capital markets, the firm has acted on numerous bond and note issuances and renewable energy space. Recent highlighted transactions included advising VTTI Finance B.V. in $1.7 billion refinancing and Yellowwood Properties in respect of a term loan facility of up to the MYR equivalent of $50 million granted by the International Finance Corporation. 

The corporate team has extensive experience handling significant and well-known mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects in both Malaysia and the APAC regions. One recent notable deal was providing guidance to NTT Data Japan Corporation in their purchase of GHL Systems and their subsequent removal from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. 

In the project space, the firm was busy advising clients in various industry sectors, including the power, water, oil and gas, petrochemical, transportation (including roads, rail systems and tunnels), and telecommunication sectors. 

In both 2024 and 2025, the firm announced the promotion of three partners. This includes the addition of Vivien Yeow to the banking and finance team, as well as Guang Yi Ho and Seng Yik Pua to the corporate M&A team.
