Recent Case Highlights:
- Served as lead counsel for GCS in the sale of 100% of its parent company to Grupo Popular, S.A. This transaction, the largest involving a Dominican fintech, strengthens Grupo Popular's position as a financial services innovator.
- Lead counsel for Agrega Partners, facilitated an equity investment for the client to acquire up to 40% of Exponencial Confirming, a Colombian fintech specializing in the confirming industry.
- OMG, as INICIA’s Dominican Republic counsel, played a crucial role in a financing deal of up to USD 330 million for Gerdau Metaldom, S.A., Four Bells Resources Inc., and Diaco Pamco SPV 1, S.A.
- OMG provided assistance in securing new financing for SIBA Energy Corporation's 252 MW combined-cycle gas-fired power project in the Dominican Republic, successfully structuring the loan's security package.
- Advised Trelia Energy Advisors in the design and structuring of a close-ended, regulated and publicly listed investment fund, for the development of energy transition projects to be administered and managed by AFI Universal, and Trelia Energy Advisors as Industry Specialist Manager.
