Highlights 

The firm advised Ranco Cherries in the purchase of a cherry packing facility located in Chimbarongo, VI Region, Chile. The transaction involved an acquisition of a wide variety of assets, subject to different transfer regimes, and complex and extensive negotiations with banks and third parties’ creditors of the seller. The team also advised lenders on a $2.2 billion loan, governed by New York law, for a seawater desalination plant in Tocopilla, Chile. They coordinated 15 financial institutions for this complex deal. Additionally, they advised on a $1.225 billion loan for Aligned Data Centers’ acquisition of ODATA, spanning multiple jurisdictions in the Americas.
