Domański Zakrzewski Palinka is a large full-service domestic firm established in 1993. The firm has offices in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław and is the largest independent Polish law firm. The deal team consists of more than 100 notable lawyers, including 33 partners, led by managing partner Krzysztof Zakrzewsk. The firm has strong capabilities across all practice areas and particularly M&A and project finance.

Highlights

The corporate team, led by Marek Świątkowski and Maciej Zajda advised Würth Group on its PLN 1.083 billion acquisition of TIM S.A. This was one of Poland’s largest and most significant stock market transactions. 

DZP advised global payment giant Stripe on its US$1.1 billion acquisition of Bridge.xyz, a leading fintech company specializing in stablecoin payment infrastructure.

The Banking team advised Italian lenders, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, UniCredit and Intesa Sanpaolo on financing of the acquisition by Gruppo San Donato of American Heart of Poland. It was one of the largest Italian investments in Poland in recent years.
