Highlights
DZP advised Arlen S.A. on its successful IPO and the listing of its shares on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which took place in June 2025. The value of the offering exceeded PLN 270 million (ca. US$ 75m), making it one of the largest IPOs of a privately held company in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The banking and finance team led by Magdalena Skowrońska advised the group of lenders, including Deutsche Bank AG (Tokyo Branch), on the Polish law aspects of the global refinancing of the Joyson Safety Systems Group. The refinancing was particularly complex due to its global scale involving 16 jurisdictions.

DZP advised global payment giant Stripe on its USD1.1 billion acquisition of Bridge.xyz, a leading fintech company specializing in stablecoin payment infrastructure. This acquisition - the largest in Stripe’s history - reinforces the company’s strategic expansion into the rapidly growing stablecoin market.
